Everyday Endurance Training offers two main services: Individual, customized training plans and one-to-one monthly training.



CUSTOMIZED

Customized training plans are a great option for the seasoned athlete who wants a plan that is optimized to accommodate his or her busy schedule. Taking a vacation the weekend of your 20-miler? No problem. Monthly staff meetings that prevent you from working out every third Monday? We will adjust. Triathlon training that won't interfere with your favorite Barre class? We can make that happen, too. By using an Initial Consultation and Athlete’s Questionnaire, I'll create a plan that is right for you, and teach you how to execute the plan and reach your goals.

— 10-12 week customized training plan (10K, half-marathon, sprint triathlon or novice 5K)

— 16-18 week customized training plan (marathon, half-ironman, novice short-course triathlon)

ONE-TO-ONE

One-to-one monthly training offers a comprehensive training that provides constant feedback and analysis of workouts. You receive the same customized training plan described above, but with weekly (and sometimes daily) check-ins to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed. This is a great option for novice or “comeback” athletes, those with concerns about managing an injury, or anyone looking to optimize every workout for maximum performance.
