We can make that happen, too. By using an Initial Consultation and Athlete’s Questionnaire, I'll create a plan that is right for you, and teach you how to execute the plan and reach your goals.
One-to-one monthly training offers a comprehensive training that provides constant feedback and analysis of workouts. You receive the same customized training plan described above, but with weekly (and sometimes daily) check-ins to track your progress and adjust your plan as needed. This is a great option for novice or “comeback” athletes, those with concerns about managing an injury, or anyone looking to optimize every workout for maximum performance.
